About Corbin RobinsonIllinois FBLA State Vice president, Southwestern Area

Hello, Illinois FBLA members and advisers! My name is Corbin Robinson and I am proud to serve as your State Vice President from the Southwestern Area. I was born in Alton, IL but have lived all over the country, being part of a military family. My FBLA journey began at Overhills Middle School in Spring Lake, North Carolina. I served as a three-term local chapter Middle Level officer. I continued my FBLA involvement at Overhills High School. My freshman year, I was honored to serve on the national level as the National Southern Region Treasurer on the National Treasurer’s Council, and to compete at the National Leadership Conference in Future Business Leader. The summer before my junior year I was fortunate to have the opportunity to come back to my home state of Illinois. Going into my seventh year with our association, I have won two national Middle Level open events, FBLA Facts and Computer Technology, held candidacy for North Carolina State President, FBLA National President, and FBLA National North Central Region Vice President. Today, I am overjoyed to be serving as the State Vice President from the Southwestern Area. I humbly describe my position as “service, not prestige.”
